Following credit approval, your order will be processed the next business day (Monday through Friday not including holidays).
STANDARD SERVICE
For Canadian orders we ship via FedEx Ground Service. You should receive your order within 2 to 5 business days from the day your order is shipped.
For USA orders we ship via FedEx Ground Service. You should receive your order within 6 to 9 business days from the day your order is shipped.
EXPRESS SERVICE
For Canadian orders we ship via FedEx Express Service. You should receive your order within 1 to 3 business days from the day your order is shipped.
For USA orders we ship via FedEx Express Service. You should receive your order within 2 to 4 business days from the day your order is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SERVICE - Price Varies (outside North America)

RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return or exchange your online purchase, please ensure all tags are intact and the item is returned in its original condition. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number by calling 1-877-393-2789. Without an R/A number, returned items will not be accepted. All returns and exchanges must be sent within 21 days of receiving your order receive the full amount less the original shipping charge. *Orders that qualified for free shipping are refunded less actual shipping & handling costs.
*Please note: if items are not returned in their original condition or after the 21-day time frame, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. 50% will be charged if both conditions are met.
