have not logged on before doing so, you will be prompted to create an
account. You may add as many items as you wish to your shopping bag. Once
you have added an item you wish to purchase to your shopping bag you may
continue shopping by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button.
Once
you are ready to checkout you can return to your shopping bag by clicking
on "cart" on the top menu of all pages. Click on "Checkout"
to proceed. You will be asked to confirm your shipping address and payment
information. After having clicked on the "confirm order" button,
you can continue shopping or verify your order status.
Tax
and shipping is calculated automatically for shipments within the US and
Canada. Click on the highlighted words for our shipping
and tax policies or for international orders .
Once
your order has been processed through our secure server, we will fill
it within 24 hours and ship it to you as soon as possible. We will then
send you a confirmation by email to tell you when you can expect your
items.

For Canadian orders we ship via CanadaPost Expedited Service unless you request otherwise. You should receive your order within 2 to 4 business days from the day your order is shipped.
For USA orders we ship via USPS International Express. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days from the day your order is shipped.
ONE-DAY SERVICE - $34.95US
One-Day delivery, depending on product availability, ships via Globex Courier/DHL. You should receive your order within 1 to 2 business days from the day we ship your order.

you are ordering from a country other than the U.S.A or Canada, we will

POLICIES

you wish to return your online purchase please ensure all tags are intact
for a full refund or exchange. You must call us (1-877-393-2789) to obtain a return authoriztion number and return instructions. Without an R/A number, you returned items will not be accepted.
All returns and exchanges must be done
within 21 days of shipping in order to receive full credit less original
shipping charge.
*Please note: if items are not returned in their original condition or after the 21-day time frame, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. 50% will be charged if both conditions are met.

sales are final on any product that has been altered or modified in any
way.
