have not logged on before doing so, you will be prompted to create an
account. You may add as many items as you wish to your shopping bag. Once
you have added an item you wish to purchase to your shopping bag you may
continue shopping by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button.
Once
you are ready to checkout you can return to your shopping bag by clicking
on "cart" on the top menu of all pages. Click on "Checkout"
to proceed. You will be asked to confirm your shipping address and payment
information. After having clicked on the "confirm order" button,
you can continue shopping or verify your order status.
Tax
and shipping is calculated automatically for shipments within the US and
Canada. Click on the highlighted words for our shipping
and tax policies or for international orders .
Once
your order has been processed through our secure server, we will fill
it within 24 hours and ship it to you as soon as possible. We will then
send you a confirmation by email to tell you when you can expect your
items.

For Canadian orders we ship via CanadaPost Expedited Service unless you request otherwise. You should receive your order within 2 to 4 business days from the day your order is shipped.
For USA orders we ship via USPS International Express. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days from the day your order is shipped.
ONE-DAY SERVICE - $49.95US
One-Day delivery(excluding porcessing time), depending on product availability, ships via Globex Courier/DHL or FedEx. You should receive your order within 1 to 2 business days from the day we ship your order.
INTERNATIONAL SERVICE - $44.95US (outside North America)
International delivery, depending on product availability, ships via EMS. You should receive your order within 4 to 6 business days from the day we ship your order.

RETURN
POLICIES
If you wish to return or exchange your online purchase, please ensure all tags are intact and the item is returned in its original condition. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number by calling 514-737-1402 or 1-877-393-2789. Without an R/A number, returned items will not be accepted. All returns and exchanges must be sent within 21 days of shipping in order to receive the full amount less the original shipping charge. *Orders that qualified for free shipping are refunded less actual shipping & handling costs.
*Please note: if items are not returned in their original condition or after the 21-day time frame, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. 50% will be charged if both conditions are met.
All
sales are final on any product that has been altered or modified in any
way.
